In addition to Sjogren's, your symptoms could also be caused by medication. Ever since I started the biologic drugs (Enbrel, Humira), my eyes (and everything else - skin, mouth, etc) have been really dry. I drink a lot of water (A LOT!) - hot water with a small slice of lemon sometimes works better than cold water - carry mints to stimulate saliva production (sugarfree is probably best) and over the counter eye drops 4 times a day (more, if needed).
