I suffer from Sjogren's along with Rheumatoid Arthritis which causes me to also have severely dry eyes and a dry mouth.  I have found some things that have worked wonders for me and may help you as well.  I use rewetting drops for contacts.  I use them even if I'm not wearing my contacts.  They really seem to keep your eyes from becoming dry and irritated.  The visine allergy drops work really well too!  I use those when my allergies are bothering me as my allergies seem to make my eyes even drier.  Now for dry mouth...Ask your pharmacist about mouthwash that helps with dry mouth.  I know not every store carries it, but they should be able to point you in the right direction.  Now in the toothbrush/toothpaste isle, there are drops that you put into your mouth and swish around that last for hours.  I carry both the rewetting drops and the moist mouth drops in my purse so I have them whenever I need them.  I hope this helps!  Good luck and best wishes!
