I have been on Enbrel for about 5 months and I am still on 10 mg of prednisone. My doctor told me that it takes a while for Enbrel to work completely. I went down to 7 1/2 mg and I too was in pain. I guess we will have to hang in there and hope for the best that the Enbrel will work after a few more months! Good Luck.
