you may have had your infusion by now - sorry no one has answered your question yet.
I have never heard of anybody receiving a biologic infusion having to have someone else drive them, so I think you should be okay. Of course, this is without knowing what kind of drug you'll be receiving and your individual medical history may have an impact, as well. However,you'd think that if it was important to have somebody drive you home after the confusion, they would have mentioned it.
