given your family history,I think it's very difficult to link your results with Remicade. Furthermore, it's impossible to do so on the Internet, especially since neither I nor any of the other people who answer questions on the side are doctors, but answer based on no experience in whatever knowledge you manage to pick up along the way. I highly recommend that you make an appointment to see your PCP, ask to redo the test and it's probably not about ideas to a physical. Some of the factors to consider involve the results at your last physical, how long you've been taking Remicade, more about your family history, etc. You may also want to contact your rheumatologist to seek their opinion.
Good luck! Please keep us posted on how things go?
ps you may went to check out our Heart site for more information about cholesterol and heart disease. There's likely to be more specialized information for you over there. You may also want to pose your question in their Q&A section - Lisa Nelson, the Community Leader on that site is very helpful and knowledgeable.
