I'm not a doctor or pharmacist, so when I tell you is a pure guess. It may be that as your RA gets suppressed, you get healthier and therefore your blood pressure goes down, as well. I've been anemic for all my life, as long as I've had RA and when I started Humira, we discovered that I am no longer anemic - because RA can impact certain aspect of your health, if the RA is managed, that effect is no longer happening. However, like I said, it's a guess and I'd recommend you talk to your rheumatologist about it to get an expert opinion.
