shahida, My advice is very similar to that which you have already received. You must not make drastic changes to your methotrexate dosage without consulting with your rheumatologist, and even then any changes must be extraoridinarily gradual. If you are doing well, then it seems like you must be doing something right. Tell your doctor about the ayurveda medicine and discuss what might be options for you as far as making adjustments to your medications. Lisa
