Hi, Mo,
Happy to see you posting. I was thinking about you the other day and hoping your liver enzymes were okay. I haven't done much with the supplement treatment. I do take a garlic supplement every day. Lene told me garlic is antibacterial. I am prone to sinus infections, and am taking Humira, so I thought I would try it. So far, so good. I also drink lots of water and drink pineapple juice. That all came from Lene, too. I'm on a mission to avoid sinus infections. I added a sinus wash every morning to his routine, and I have not been sick yet. Been on Humira for three months.

Hi,
I was actually thinking about trying Cherry Fruit Extract. It's supposed to help the body's natural anti-inflammatory response. Wouln't it be great if it would just suck all of the inflammation out?!?!
I've added more ginger and garlic to my diet. Not sure if it's that, or the higher dose of MTX that's helping.
Wishing you happy liver enzymes!
Ish

Thanks V! I am also prone to sinus infections and bronchitis so I know what you mean. I have an 82 yr old pt who takes the supplements I mentioned and a few more and he looks great! Very young looking! So, by looking at him, I am willing to give it a try. Liver enzymes are coming down, not normal yet but close enough (only 2 times the high normal range, not 20+ times like they were!) Hope you are doing well. I have read a few of your other posts and it sounds like the humira is helping you. Good luck and thanks for the thoughts! Love, Mo ;)
