changing med day for holidays

is anyone changing medication day to accomadate the holidays? I take my metho on wednesdays and enbrel on thursday. sometimes my metho make sme feel yucky the next day and then I take my enbrel shot, I was thinking of waiting until friday the week of christmas and take both. ...
