I am 42 yr old male 150lbs 5. 5ft with RA in my HANDS/FINGERS/WRISTS. Please
anyone with some answers as to when will the relief come or anything.

I was on it but had to stop before I found relief because i came down with an upper respiratory infection. I heard it takes about 6 months from a friend of mine on it. I never tried it again bc I'm finding relief by making dietary changes.

I started Orencia 12 months ago. Was on a walker for 18 months, RA for 7 years in all joints. Orencia started working immediately for me! It has given me my life back! I can now walk on a treadmill and workout in a gym, and walk up 5 flights of stairs! And NO SIDE EFFECTS!!!! Angie

Hi I am a 50 yr old female with RA EVERYWHERE. I took 6 treatments of Orencia. After my sixth treatment my blood pressure spiked and I had a small stroke. I had always had low BP up until I started these treatments. My rheumatologists decided that I had an allergic reaction to the Orencia. So please, please keep an eye on your BP! I now have to take 3 types of BP meds and will have to continue these the rest of my life. I don't wish this on anyone.

They put me on Orencia over a year ago and I am so happy - we tried remecaide previously but with no relief, then Elavil but had bad reactions, then methotrexate with Orencia and it has helped quite a bit. They did have to up the dosage after a bit but now doing very well. Still have flares occasionally but not in as much pain as before.
