room flips upside done and it makes me grab onto the chair or i will be out of the chair? has anyone else had this issue?

Not me but I would say you need to call your dr immediately!! (I assume you are on meds?) If so this can be a very serious side effect and doesn't sound like one you can adjust to and live with! If you are on meds, have you noticed these dizzy spells happen close to when you've taken your med? Are you taking them on a full stomach? I noticed when I took a dose of pred without eating first I was lightheaded.
