Catching flu and all bugs? I'm on metho,plaquenil & nsaid and I am getting everything this winter. Any suggestions to help? (Getting rid of four kids is not an option)

Unfortunately taking the meds makes you more apt to be sick, It's the meth. Unless you get off it (I wouldn't ) this may be the way its going to be. However, I've manager to not get sick at all this, I changed 3 things; I exercise as vigoursely 5days a week, I take 2000-4000iu of vitman d a day, and have been taking a super b vitamin that include vitamin c. Last year when I had mono for 5 months may gp suggested I take 1000 mg of vitamin c. I feel what I'm doing is helping. You also need to get a flu and pnuemonia shots. I hope you feel better.
