any advise for an RA patient trying (9 months now) to conceive? (taking pred. plaquenil and naproxen

a family member has been off of methotraxate for over a year, and has been trying to conceive since october 2007. she is in constant pain, but is able to function. last month she underwent IUI, and it was not successful. She is taking prednisone (tries to limit to 5 - 10mg)...
