My first question to you is do you have rheumatoid arthritis?  If you don't then your pain can be caused by many, many different reasons.  Have you had a lower back injury either recently or in the past?  Have you worked those muscles quite frequently doing a lot of bending?  Of course an injury can be the problem, but if you do work such as bending a lot or even gardening it can cause muscle fatigue and irritate nerves.  Now if it is completely unexplainable you need to let your primary physician know.  They will want to know exactly what the pain feels like, is it sharp, is it constant, does it throb?  They will want to know how long it has been going on.  They will also want to know what kind of activities irritate it the most.  If you are in pain then you owe it to yourself to find out what the problem is and to get treatment for it.  Good luck and best wishes!
