It's best to call the doctor beforehand.   I think it's more important for bacterial infections, but there are bacterial infections that can creep in after a cold, especially if you are prone to sinus infections or bronchitis/pneumonia kind of stuff.  It might be a judgment call on the part of the doctor or nurse.  Who knows, if the cold is mostly over they may fine, or not.  I had 2 Remicade infusions only, but didn't run into that particular question.
