I have had same problem. my rt arm muscles and nerves are bad, also bad shoulder. the nuerologist told me it was related to the spine problems too. one of my docs dx me with polymyositis before they found out that i had RA/LUPUS. had some blood work and other tests that pointed in that direction. I still dont know for sure. i just know i have terrible pain in my muscles, mostly in rt arm/shoulder. burning stabbing pain and weakness.
