I haven't actually tried flex protex but I have read quite a bit about it.  It is said to be a wonderful supplements for your joints.  Please keep in mind though, that there haven't been very many studies on the benefit of this product.  If you are wanting some supplements to add to your treatment I would definitely try glucosamine and fish oil.  Glucosamine promotes healthy joints and is said to make them stronger.  And fish oil is a supplement that naturally combats inflammation in your body.  I have RA and it was actually suggested to me by my rheumatologist and I have been taking both for over a year.  There are many studies on the benefits of both of these supplements for rheumatoid arthritis sufferers.  Here is an article on the benefiits of glucosamine: http://www.healthcentral.com/rheumatoid-arthritis/news-196303-66.html And  article on the benefits or fish oil: http://www.healthcentral.com/rheumatoid-arthritis/c/38/1611/acids/ I hope this helps!  Good luck and best wishes!
