Unfortunately since I don't know your whole history I cannot suggest a medication, but I can say that is scary!  I would definitely get a second opinion.  Is this a cardiologist saying this or your rheumatologist?  Since you are suffering with heart problems as well as RA it is important that all your doctors work with you as a team.  Have your doctor explain exactly why he feels that you can't take anything but tylenol, and make sure you express your concerns.  Do you feel comfortable with this?  If not, you may want to get a second opinion.  It may be a struggle to find the right medication, but I would be concerned with the fact that they don't want to prescribe you any medication.  It all comes down to how comfortable you feel about this.  If you don't feel comfortable, seek another opinion, you owe it to yourself.  And please take care!  I wish you good luck and best wishes!
