Does anyone find fingerless gloves helpful

Diagnosed in Dec. 2007

I've had RA about a year and half, pretty well controlled, except sometimes my fingers feel so stiff and achy.  I see advertisements for fingerless gloves for arthritis and wonder if the warmth would be helpful,  has anyone tried them, were they worth the money?

I used these fingerless gloves http://www.therapygloves.com/store/product.php?productid=2. It helped blood circulation & also help healed the skin on my hands after the inflamation. I would also recommend reading Dr. Asa Andrew's book "Empowering Your Health" and getting his "Foundational Food Guide" book. His website is www.drasa.com. I went through his program & I am completely off medication and have no symptoms.

I have fingerless gloves from the drugstore. the ones for carpel tunnel, they are helpful to me. I have aches in my wrists as well so it does double duty for me, and yes warmth is NICE. Spend $5 and give it a try, Im not too sure of all the fancy stuff on the internet that is specific to RA, Im think they are all the same. whoo knows. Happy glove hunting.

I use Imak arthritis gloves; they have "holes" at the top but aren't really "fingerless" as they cover most of your fingers.  I was fortunate to find them at a hospital drugstore because on the web they are about $20.  They're truly worth it though, I can drive with them and they don't pill up, there's not too much compression, just enough and look as good as the day I bought them.  Here's a link to the mfg. http://www.imakproducts.com/product.php?s=12
