Colon cleanse can help you lose weight only up until the time that waist builds up again. If you use colon cleanse too much your body can become dependent and you wont be able to GO without the use of one, I would not recommend using one. I know nothing about resveratrol.  If you want to lose weight join weight watchers or restrict yourself to 1200 calories a day and start a light exercise program(such as walking) It is much more healthier for you.

Remember that the rule with advertisements for quick weight loss is that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I wouldn't recommend anything like that, certainly not without speaking to your doctor about it first.if you're on meds for your RA, you never know if something like this might make things worse.

If you're interested in losing weight, check out some of our recent posts on diet and exercise with RA.
