Oh, Buttercup........I do know what you mean.  I came home from work four hours early from work to take a nap because I couldn't sleep last night.  Now I have completely lost my voice, which may be a complicaiton of RA.  Always something to investigate.  I am off to take a nap and recover from my lack of sleep.  I certainly hope you get at least some of the answers you are searching for from you RD.  Please let us know what he or she has to say. I have a very difficult time getting my RD to answer anything like this...she is all about the here and now...and I can appreciate that.  She doesn't have a crystal ball. She just wants me to get out there and live my life.  I do like her!   Hugs to you, sweetie!   V
