I haven't seen a lot of users from Europe on this site, but it's entirely possible that there may be more reading but not posting and asking questions. I'd recommend that you ask the question in a SharePost, as they often get more traffic than the Q&A section. As well, I found a website for something called Arthritis Ireland where you may find if not the answer to your question, ideas about how to get in touch with other people who have RA in your area.
