can you have ra or anything else if your reg cbc is normal?im tired of playing a guessing game
very upset dealing with doctors and ers. i feel like diagnose unknown.my regular cbc has been normal.i keep having symptoms of something not sure what to do. i have no insurance and have been to two ers. one doctor who i cant afford anymore who wanted to do further testing but, i have no insurance.cant afford it, i dont work the hours to get it at work.i really need answers.its getting worse.my ankle, my hands hurt.my whole body is in pain.low grade fever everynow and then.my blood pressure has gone up sometimes.my bones crack, never did before but with pain. im scared i wont be able to walk or use my hands anymore.it feels like my bones are falling apart the pain is horrible.
CBC are not the only way to find RA. You need more blood work to find the markers for RA. It's specific testing that is needed. Simple CBC won't catch it. Is there a clinic near you that offered medical care at lower rates? Can you apply for medicaid or SS disability? Have you applied for indigent care at a hospital?
I don't have insurance and have tried all these measures but I don't qualify for anything. Maybe you can.
