How do I upload my photo

Go to My Home i.e., your home section, not mine)
click on the tab that says My Profile
just underneath the words My Profile, it will say Edit Profile and My Photos
click on Edit Profile
there will be a large orange square with the number of images and a white field about which it says upload a new photo. Click on the browse button and look through your computer's folders to find a picture you want to upload.
Click save at the bottom of the page
