The Right Foods?
I would like to hear from anyone in regards to the foods that they feel or know may trigger a flare up.
Certain types of foods may get things flaring. for some people, it's sugar and tomatoes, potatoes and fried foods can aggravate things, as well. You may want to try keeping a food and health diary for a month or so, writing down what you eat and how you feel every day - this will enable you to see your individual patterns.

Sorry, I forgot something. On the other side, the Mediterranean diet and a whole grains approach may be helpful in reducing symptoms somewhat.
