I have very bad pain in my lower back, and when I walk the pain comes to the front the pain is ver,

 I'm 72, have Osteoporosis. The pain in my lower back is getting very servere and when I walk the pain come to the the front--Groin & Pelvis,.) I fine that I can't walk but a very very short disants before the pain get so bad that I can't go on.. Please if you can tell me...
