Yes, I believe it is possible to have a negative anti-ccp and still have rheumatoid arthritis.  However, most of those people had a positive rheumatoid factor.  Have you been tested for RA?  If so and you did have a negative anti-ccp were you also tested for a rheumatoid factor?  If you have been told you do not have RA but still feel that may not be accurate I would recommend talking to your doctor, explaining your concerns, and have him explain his findings.  If you still aren't sure after all that then you owe it to yourself to get a second opinion.  Good luck, and best wishes!
