Q: is it normal that one finger on my hand is cold while the rest of my fingers are warm?

Hi, Joe,

 

I am not a doctor or a health care  professional of any kind, but that doesn't sound right to me.  Is there something stopping the blood flow to that finger?  Is it painful?  I would definitely have it checked out by a doc.
