do you have a family doctor yet? The best first step is to get a referral from your family doctor. You may also what to check out the website of the American College of Rheumatology, they maintain a list of members in different areas. You can also check in with community groups on e.g., Facebook and ask members if they know a good rheumatologists in your area. You can also check on RateMD, but be aware that people who are happy with their doctors are less likely to rate them than people who've had a negative experience. Take any reviews with a grain of salt.   Good luck!
