Hey Connie, 

Only if you need or are on meds should you stop breastfeeding.  Breastfeeding is the best gift you can give your child, but if you need to be on meds to control your RA , you should stop.  Not feeling well will take away some if not most of the mom time you need to spend with your baby.  Do what makes you feel well.
