hey there, Valerie...and Congrates!!!  What a wonderful time for you. Well, when I got pregnant with my last daughter, who is now 2, I didnt go into remission.    Actually, it was worst than what it was before.  I was not one of the lucky ones, but REMEMBER that does not mean this will happen to you.   I guess most women do go into remission.   The Rheumy said to wait until your 3 months along, and that is when your RA should go into remission, if it dont then, well, most likley you will have the RA for the 9 months. What ever your out come is with your RA, remember what you get at the end...A wonderful baby!  There is nothing like it.       Stay stong, and take one day at a time. And hopefully, your RA will go into remission, and never come back... please keep me posted.  Good Luck    jenmik
