Comfort Tip for RA in the morning

I was just diagnosed with RA. Pain is at its worse in the morning. I moved my craftmatic bed back into my bedroom. It makes it so much easier to get out of bed with the least pain. Moving around early in the morning, a little exercise, coffee, breakfast and meds help me get my motor running.

To lose the joy of eating...

I am currently taking methotrexate.   At first, I would experience an ulcer here or there. Usually I'll get an ulcer in my mouth. Lately, its been increasing in severity. I Finally Got The Point .....My Summer Vacation (Part 2)

Living with RA

I am 40 year old female nurse that has lived with RA since I was 29. It has been a tough road..since the signs and symptoms started, to diagnosis, to treatment.
