Medication levels - seems a little crazy!

Since being diagnosed with RA about 4 weeks ago I'm now on MTX (3 doses so far, latest was 17.5 mg and headed to 25 mg), 1 mg folic acid daily, (2) Aleve 2x per day daily, 5 mg prednisone daily and an injection of corticosteroid in each wrist. RA and Rituxan

new diagnosis looking for advise

newly dx, started plaquenil this week. Life altering dx. What if Plaquenil doesn't work and another 6 months pass by with more damage. Do not want to waste any time before permanent damage is done.
