about twice a month I experience either a slighty swollen (inflamed and red) middle or ring finger or mouth or tongue sores. The inflamed finger problem last about two days and the mouth sores four to five days of discomfort. Painful swollen feet and purpulish swollen toes

Hi, I am 36 yrs old and for the past yr I have been experiencing pain on the ball of both of my feet. I could feel a ball on the bottom of the foot and the foot (both) will be swollen.
