Basically I'm wondering what my sleeping disorder is called.

What is it called when a person goes to sleep an hour later everyday and wakes up an hour later everday on a natural cycle. I can also stay up if it's my natural time to wake up no matter how long I was up before which often leaves me staying up for 30+ hours. Intestional Migrain

My grandson is 7 yrs old. He vomits several times a day, two or three times a week. The doctor did a lot of blood work. He said he thinks it is intestional migrain. Has anyone heard of this? Thanks you, Maryann
