Not the R-word but some good news....and a question/ about the emotional side of RA

Allow me to share some good news. Just got some blood test results, and for the first time, my neutrophils are on the low end of normal (they're the inflammatory white blood cells...). Chronic Fatigue

I don't know what to do. I just can't take this anymore. I can handle the joint pain, but I'm just so tired all the time I feel like I'm dying.
