Higher or more frequent doses of Remicade may help reduce rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients' joint pain and swelling, new research suggests. Most RA patients receive a 3-mg dose of the med every eight weeks. But a new study has found that increasing the dose to up to 10 mg or reducing the wait between doses decreases RA patients' joint pain and swelling by more than 20 percent.
