A Chinese herbal remedy that has been used for centuries to help treat inflammatory diseases may have potential as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA), a new study suggests. The herb, known as "thunder god vine," is an extract of the medicinal plant Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F (TwHF).
