Swine Flu Vaccination With RA
Drugmaker Baxter International is working with officials from the World Health Organization (WHO) to develop a vaccine for the potentially deadly swine flu virus. On learning of the outbreak, company officials requested samples of the new swine flu virus to begin working on a vaccine. Baxter already has worked with the United States and other countries to develop vaccines for the H5N1 virus that is commonly known as bird flu. The company has no estimate of when a vaccine might be ready.
