Study: Thinking about food can help relieve pain

According to research at the University of Wisconsin, people who fantasized about their favorite foods were able to increase their pain tolerance and decrease their pain-related anxiety. Chocolate topped the list of most effective foods to think about, with pizza, pasta, fruit, and a roast dinner finishing out the study's top five foods.  Read full story >
