    Aspirin fights colon cancer: study

    Scientists have found that a daily dose of aspirin can prevent colon cancer in people who have a genetic predisposition to develop the disease. The researchers say their finding may have wider implications for using the painkiller to fight cancer in the wider population as well, but more research is needed.  Read full story >
