Tai Chi may improve knee pain in older adults

(U.S. News and World Report) UPDATED 2009-10-29
New research published in the journal Arthritis Care & Research has found that regular Tai Chi exercise may both reduce pain and improve function in older adults with osteoarthritis (OA) of the knee. The study also found that OA patients who did the slow Chinese exercise also reported less depression and better overall health than OA patients who did not do the exercise.  Read full story >
