FDA approves topical NSAID pain med

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has approved a new topical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug called Pennsaid. The drug has already been on the market internationally, but it was not approved for use in the United States. Pennsaid is approved for treatment of osteoarthritis pain symptoms in the knee.   Read full story >
