Even Moderate Drinking Can Harm Older Adults: Study

Though some research suggests that consuming one to two alcoholic drinks per day could carry some health benefits, a new study suggests that this habit may put older adults at risk. The study found that regular drinking can harm people over age 60 who have health issues or take certain prescription medications, such as sedatives and antidepressants.
