FDA Warns of Percocet, Opioid Drug Mix-Up

The FDA has issued a warning that tablets, pills, and caplets of Percocet and eight other opioid products may have been mixed up and wrongly packaged as another. The FDA has instructed pharmacists to inspect the opioid medications, but they say that patients should also be alert to any pills that are different in shape, size, color, or markings than their standard medication.
