    Chris thank you for that insightful post. I especially liked the part about sharing your wisdom. That is where I am on my road to recovery. I've had many good people share their wisdom with me, and now I'm sharing that too. Gratitude is another motivator for me. It has given me the courage to help others. I also know that if I didn't accept my diagnosis I'd still be sick. I was given this diagnosis becuase I can handle it.
