Thank you Chris for another insightful post. There are some things in that post that I plan on implementing. I'm grateful that I have a loving, supportive wife. Sometimes I feel she doesn't know what I'm going through, but that's gonna change. She has always been there for me in so many ways. She knows my trigger signs when I get into my funky moods. It's an awesome feeling to have that special bond that we have. It's nice to know that I don't have to walk alone.
