    Hi Chris. I agree with you 100% on the importance of exercise. I also want to commend you on starting an exercise plan and for sticking to it. That is very important. One thing I would like to say is that a person does not really need any expensive equipment or does not need to join a gym to start with such a plan. I have mentioned before how I do most of my exercising while at home watching t.v.I am not a gym rat at all. Also a person should check with their doctor before starting such a plan and should start slow and gradually increase their exercises. Also a good form of exercise since Spring is here is to walk. All in all a person should just keep moving and then they can start to lose some of the weight the medications can add to a person's waisteline.
