This week I pose the question: how does the schizophrenia play out in your life?  What kinds of symptoms do you have or did you have?  Could you give us some coping skills?  If you hear voices, when do they come on and what are your techniques for dealing with them?  I ask this question in the spirit of constructive feedback because you are not alone and there are other people living every day with SZ who are going through what you go through.  We're all in this together.  Educating ourselves about our illnesses is the first order of the day and developing coping skills is the prime factor in a successful recovery.
