  1. what I will do

For Mental Health Awareness Week I will write a post in my local newspaper website. I will talk about the struggles and the triumphs I face. I will share stories of the state hospital and the some of the people that were there for me.

I sat on my hands for many years. I do not have that luxury now. I wish I could speak again, but right now that's on the back burner. I write journals and the people that read them are learning from my example.

I have no fear of disclosing. I hope that one day many more will stand and be counted.

My writing has and always will be the force that makes the difference, not just in who reads my words but I.

    I wish all the best.

Thanks, Christina.        I think I'm going to take a jet to the coast to participate in a fundraiser.      I don't know what the plans are here locally .   I've got to make some calls today.       Thanks for the inspiration.
